to many poser accounts how can I tell which one is the real one?

real ones are "Verified"
shown in some icon on the top right hand side as I recall.

Twitter verifies celeb accounts and there is a check mark with the words verified account. Not sure how they do it and I am sure they do not do all of them but the ones who are really them have this check mark.

It's hard to find all the real ones, but that list helps a lot because they do that work for you.
