If you don't have the budget for advertising, I would start with forum marketing. Join couple of forums that cater to your niche market, start helping people by answering their questions. Make sure to provide quality answer that actually help people and don't answer just for the sake of answering the question. When you provide quality answers and help people out, people will respect you and would be interested in what you have to offer.
After when you answer a question, make sure to leave your signature such as your website address or email so that people who are interested in your offer can visit your website or email you if they have any additional questions. You will get targeted quality traffic from forum marketing but don't expect huge traffic.
