Don't know much about tweepi but instead I suggest http://www.socialclerks.com
The only thing you have to do is register, go to the settings and add you twitter account there. Set up the number of credits you want give away when someone will follow you. I recommended anything between 10 and 20. The higher the credits offer the faster your followers rise will be.
You can earn credits by liking facebook pages, tweeting stuff for other people, following others on twitter or watching youtube videos, among others.
