The cons include political instability in emerging markets, social unrest, labor concerns, access to natural resources, environmental or health threats and natural threats, to scratch the surface.
The pros is that such selling points to the look of capitalism and free markets, and the more of this there is, the more chance of prosperity and a future of economic stability in the region.
