Go to account and profile setting then select privacy then click on custom setting as you want.

its either you block them on your privacy settiings or you exclude them fromm viewing your wall post beofre you post some content on your wall, you can find a tiny drop down arrow on your bottom right corner of your status box, you select custom and start including the list of people that you dont want to see your wall post

The "Audience Selector" they're talking about is just to the left of the Post button under the box where you enter your status. Click on it and it will expand to show the different options, then click "Custom," and pick who you want to hide it from.
