I am a huge JB Fan so no stupid answers and no hate. I already have a twitter account for all my friends but now i want one for all my JB belieber freidns.

I'm sorry, but there are so many people with Justin Bieber names, that if you do go with anything with his name or the like in it, then it's going to have numbers after it and it won't be original. I would just come up with something that's more unique to you, and you can post all the live long day about Justin Bieber, and still show your JB <3 .
