Hi,
try this proxy. I use them in school and they work fine for a long time.

The proxies are located in India and pretty reliable. It seems that the IP adress gets changed frequently to avoid blocking. They also use SSL so you are very safe.
I am not going to post the other ones so they wont get blocked but you will find some links on the page that might help you as well
