okay. ive been following justin bieber on twitter and people ask him questions on there. he replies to people that say something like "RT please". he doesnt reply to people who dont. i dont want to put it on there without knowing what it means.. please help..i have things i wanna say too him. (:

RT means re-tweet, which is basically asking whoever you're sending the message to to repeat it - that way, everyone who follows that person will see the message.
