Probably next year as a 2011 model. They usually wait 1 year after a new body style. That's what Chevy usually does with the corvette.

They said it would be introduced in late spring of 2010.

There hasn't been official word from Chevy (from my knowledge), but most people are speculating that it'll come as an option on the 2011 models.
The general rule of thumb is to let the body style be out a year before letting the convertible loose.

I wouldn't expect it to be considerably more expensive from the models already out on the market, and if I had to take a guess, I'd say it would probably appear on the LT's first, so maybe $26k for the first convertible models.

EDIT:
A rep from the GM press conference has confirmed the convertible's release on the 2011 model via Twitter.
