If this is a real question, you can read the answer in the link below. Don't take someone else's word for it, get it from Obama directly.

Of course many would tell you that the government never creates wealth, because that is not it's purpose.

Personally I think the government has a role to play, and that is to create an environment that facilitates the creation of wealth for as many as possible, [roads, schools, fire department, police and other infra-structure support] without allowing exploitation or destruction of our fellow human beings or the environment. But I admit you didn't ask for my view, you wanted Obama's, so see the link below.

Tax relief for the middle class and tax increases for the rich. Trade agreements that are more beneficial. An economic package similar to the one in 1993 that targets and stimulates the right business sectors.
