I just got my twitter and only have 50 followers and im following 51 people. I tried following a couple other People and when i click the 'follow' button, a little box comes up that says 'unathlrized' i also havent been able to compose any new tweets.

There is a limit on how many people you can follow based on the people following you. You can't follow a mass amount, you'll be put on a limit for a while. This will go away, wait it out.

It may be the reason that, the person has blocked you.Twitter has imposed reasonable limits to help prevent system strain and limit abuse. If you hit a technical limit, we’ll tell you by showing an error message in your browser when you try to perform an action. In addition to this account-based limit, every Twitter account is technically unable to follow more than 1,000 users per day. Please note that this is just a technical limit to prevent egregious abuse from spam accounts.
