Learning the hard way some Twitter pals have become obsessive about sending messages...dozens a day sometimes. Hate to un-follow but will if necessary - looked through Twitter help section but couldn't find anything specific to this. Thx!

Sadly there is no way to do that, I tried to find ways myself but hahaha.... sadly no.
