Im looking to mass post an article to multiple websites to raise my google pagerank. Are their such tools?

There is a tool that I have used for a while. It is called SE Nuke, and is a solid piece of software, and has the ability to auto create profiles for websites, auto submit videos, and articles. It even has a built in spinner for the articles to get many different unique articles out of one. To top it off you can also submit to social bookmarking sites, and essentially get free links from there. It isn't a free tool, but it is totally worth it in my opinion.
