We are looking for tool(s) to monitor our online presence on social media platforms. Our current activity is mainly around Twitter. Can someone suggest suitable tools for running analytics on Twitter and other major platforms? We need to mainly analyse which followers are most influential, what topics are relevant to them, their level of activity, etc. Please help.

theres something called klout. It gives you a score that indicates your twitter influence. there are a number of others but this is the most reliable one most companies use

Have you tried SocialBro? I think they have these features.
