I am looking for a tool that would allow me to manage all of my social networking websites through one platform. This would include managing my facebook, myspace, twitter, etc. accounts.

Try using Flock as your browser:
http://www.flock.com
It is a browser based on Firefox that is specifically setup for social networking.
The great thing is, in addition to being able to manage all your social networking sites, you can still use all the Firefox add-ons.
