I am new to both Tumblr and Twitter, and I do not know how to get my facebook friends to find me and follow me; as I with them. Please help!

On tumblr you can go onto different follower trains or go to http://www.tumblrplug.com and promote your blog and follow other people who follow back, I have no idea what to do on twitter though

For twitter, follow shitloads of people, and the majority of them will follow you back.
For tumblr:
- tag all of your posts
- follow people
- write on popular blog's asks
- do promotions / follow trains / reblog something that says what kind of blog you are or that you follow back
- follow more people

follow a bunch of people, they will probably follow you back.
Post a lot of stuff, if people like what you blog/post/say they will follow you.
Also, try to promote your tumblr/twitter by posting them in a bunch of different random places.
just post ur tumblr/twitter as ur fb status so people will know its you and will follow you.
