My friend looked at this girl's (who I just met) twitter account on my phone. We don't know eachother that well at all. I don't want to look creepy so I was wondering can she see that my phone viewed her account? If it helps I don't have a twitter or a Facebook or any social networking account so I have no digital footprint.

No, you can't see who looked at your feed. Even if people could, they would only see an IP address and that is not going to tell them who you are.
