I don't have a twitter account so ive basically been on the website looking at my friends pages. I know it sounds creepy, but one of them just locked their page so does that mean they know ive been looking at their page? is their anyway they can know that someone has been looking at their page?

As far as i'm concerned no, they don't know who exactly sees it unless you are a twitter user yourself and you click on a lockers picture link, there you will appear as recent viewers. If he/she locked her page is cuz she want's to have it private so only the people she allows see it, because many other persons just like you can see twitter accounts from tons of people, but is up to you to leave it open or make it private....
