I've changed my Twitter name etc, but my previous Twitter name still comes up for all of the Tweets I've made in the past. How can I change it so that my previous Twitter name doesn't appear anywhere?

It will change eventually, twitter just takes a while to catch up to recent changes. Maybe in a day or two it should all be your new stuff.
