I had a twitter account and I followed people and suddenly I couldn't anymore. It kept saying "forbidden," even when I could see their tweets. I had to make a second twitter account just to be able to follow people back. What could've happened??

Twitter has a Limit of the Number of Followers you can Have you Can Only Follow 2,000 People if you want to follow more you have to wait til about half of them follow you in order to have more space
