On Tuesday my account was suspended. I emailed twitter asking how I can get it back. They basically said I had to apologize for it and promise to not do it again. I did as they said and this is what they emailed me back;

However, every time I try to access my account, it says its still suspended.

I would open a new account the old one be hacked.
