It Was Hacked By Me Clicking On A Link That Was Sent To My Inbox That I Clicked Not Knowing It Was A Scam That Changed My Password. I Still Have Access To It From My iPhone But I Have No Way To Change Because I Didn't Verify The Email Before This All Happen

Go sign into it and click on Forgot password
it will then send you an email with a code
to click on to reset the password
That email can land in the Spam folder
