When you deactivate your Twitter account, does everything you've done get deleted as well? - immenseclass986 - 11-19-2012 02:53 AM

I recently created a Twitter account and accidentally followed my ex-boyfriend. I don't want him to know that I ever followed him, or even went on his account at all, so I quickly deactivated it, but I'm really afraid that he got an email saying that I followed him, even though I've already deactivated my account. Does anyone know if he got the notification or not?

It depends. He might not have his Twitter to where it sends him email notifications when people follow him. But I'm pretty sure he will still get the email even if you deactivate it. Just say you accidently followed him. Its not a big deal and if he makes a big deal out of it tell him to screw off! ahaha! hope this helped!
