Talk to her in person. It takes more courage and confidence to approach them in person and she will appreciate that more. Any guy can type some letters on a keyboard and click "Send". Not every guy can approach a woman and start a conversation.

Yeah man talking to girls online opens a whole other world of options in dating. It's fast, easy, and as safe as you want it to be. You can also think of clever things to say before hand. I say start some casual conversation with her. Don't compliment her just yet, be funny and cool. This should win her over.
