I know you can do it the other way and put twitter feeds on facebook, but I was wondering if it is possible to share my Facebook Status's on Twitter, is there a way of linking them across..?

Yes, You need to authorized Facebook & Link it to your Twitter Account using Setting>Connection.

Post The Update on your Facebook and it should go to Twitter Right when you Post it
