I can't get to any page on tumblr because it comes up with a "security warning." When I tried to change my password it still said the same thing. I never entered my password on a different site so I don't know how I could have gotten hacked.

I'm having the same problem. I think it has something to do with those faceless followers from the ''tumblr IQ society'' since I've recently been followed by about 7 or 8 of them.. :\

It did the same for me, but after I viewed a person's page that followed me (insidetheinvisibilitycloak.tumblr.com). The person's page was blank. My friend's Tumblr was deleted recently, and she said the same person followed her too. I made a new Tumblr, looked at the blog, and it was fixed. A couple of minutes later, the new blog had the same security warning too. I emailed Support, but they gave me an automated response telling me to change my password.

This happened to me a few hours ago, and I did some research and it turns out that there's a giant hole in the security that they chose not to warn us about, but that's all I got. I had to make a back up account, but I'll see if I can find a way to bypass it.

if anyone finds the solution to get this fixed, please let me know also. I've tweeted people with the same problem and looked all over on Y! answers as well as googling and looked for answers on answers.com . no luck. one person on twitter said "Support says they're working on the problem." I hope so. I would really be very upset if I'd have to start over a new tumblr and the way my blog is right now, is how I wanted it, and its going good.
this happened to me after some new "blogger" followed me, and went to view the blog, turns out the URL was something like "http://www.tumbliq.com/login". I instantly went back to my dashboard and after I did a text post, thats when the "http://www.tumblr.com/security-notice" url pops up. so i tired to change my password like 30 times no luck. =(

i had the same problem so i went onto my ipod touch on the tumblr app then i went to sign in and it still didnt work so i went to "create new account" then it took me to the tumblr home page and i entered my email address that my tumblr account was on instead on using a new email so after i put in my old email address i went to forgot password then they sent me a reset button , and now i can use tumblr again
