Ok so someone hacked in and changed my password, secret question and other stuff. And they're sending nasty messages about me to my contacts. Can i complain?

that happened 2 me 2 but they didnt change my ?. just make a new email i guess.

Yes of course you can complain. Do it asap though as they could use your emails to get access to your other accounts (i.e. facebook, myspace or twitter).

You can take this issue to the police. Get a new email address and email all your friends to notify them of what is happening and that it is not you.
