okay i really want justin bieber to follow me on twitter i really love him and if he followed me i would scream and burst in to tears it would mean the world tto me. my friend nicole got him to follow her on twitter and shes just a fan she said she tagged him in lots of stuff and he ended up following her . shes lucky any other ways you can get a celeb to follow you ???

I'm not sure, I think he just randomly follows fans. Maybe if you @reply him and stuff, he'll notice your tweets and follow you...
