Who should be charged for those hacks on twitter (the fox news one for example)?
No, no, no .. I meant who would be charged for the security infringement.
Will FOX news sue twitter, or will twitter sue the security company responsible for holding its website secure .... ?!!
I just can't figure out how that would go legally.
In other words, who would pay the damage, and to who?

The people who are doing them are responsible, obviously. If we knew who it was, do you think they'd still be doing it?
