Depending on your budget, you can find marketing manager's by a variety of metrics (company size, location, SIC Code etc.) for FREE or you can buy the name, tele#, web, email for a FEE.
You can get a free account with Jigsaw,com and then you can trade the data you provide for the data you need (marketing manager) names / email (based on a 1 for 1 point system)
A similar model works with the ZoomInfo.com.
Spoke.com is more of a social network but you can still find marketing managers here as well.
SalesGenie.com is great for finding precise contacts, but this site a fee based service, although very reasonably priced.
