If you do not think the free market works do you not believe in supply and demand? - End Central Banking - 11-19-2012 03:03 AM

Why would you be against individuals making voluntary transactions based on their needs and wants?

Free Market works for the rich = poor Americans can't grow Tobacco nor could they bring cigarettes across State lines .............. but large corporations can move jobs to China for cheaper productions

Recently, Wisconsin Senator Herb Jew Kohl just turn cigarette smokers into potential Hamas supporters

Drug smuggling works on supply and demand... but I wouldn't call it an ideal model for an economy.

Please quit making sense.

There are liberals here who absolutely despise it when people are honest and coherent.

We need to all believe that the government should set prices and companies are to only exist to have jobs for us.

The free market works to an extent. There is nothing inherent in the free market that prevents abuses. There is nothing inherent in the free market that prevents deep depressions.

The free market has to be adequately regulated to prevent the abuses that we have always seen. There also have to be sufficient social safety nets in place to protect the people from the severe economic consequences of depressions, panics and recessions.

The free market is a myth. If a business cuts its prices to compete it is only good for the customer. But once a level has been reached these companies form cartels to make sure they dont cut each others throats and set prices that non of them will go below. In the UK we have supermarkets that vito others opening close to them. One called TESCO buys any spare land near its shops and leaves it barren just to deny it to the competition. Free Market.....load of rubbish.
