I want to send the letters to the actors and the actress of Harry Potter,
but I don't know how do I do it.
I hope they personally read the letters,but Is such it possible?
If I want to send to the movie studio,how do I do?
Did anyone have some experience?

I'm sure there are official fan clubs you can look up online. Also see if any of the actors are on myspace, facebook, and/or twitter. They may or may not read some, but usually have people taking care of that for marketing purposes. But even actors and actresses go online and like the internet, so you never know what they read themselves

You need to search for some sort of fan club online, I believe you'd be able to find a tone of them for harry potter, try and find some official ones.
