I accidently made an account because my parents caught me and it saved the data so I really want to delete it before I get in more trouble.

To deactivate your account:
Log in to Twitter
Click Settings
Click 'deactivate my account' at the bottom of the page
Verify that you really want to do it and voila, it's done.

It's really simple there are two way to act:
1) deleting your browsing history if you have regular internet it should be under tools or options and click on delete browser!
2)Twitter should have a settings on it click on that and it should guide you to delete it
and number 3
tell your parents the truth that you didn't mean to and you just wanted to know what it was and you we're just exploring.
