Joel Madden's Twitter got hacked and I'm dumb and didn't pay attention that all the links were "tiyurl" or "tinurl", not "tinyurl", so I fell for it and put my phone number in at the end and now I'm scared my phone bill will be charged load of money. :/

Chances are unless they text you you can't be charged a "load of money". If you answer every unknown number that comes in then you can get charged for the minutes, but that's it.
