& it said if you get on it will hack your computer...& i just wanted to know if t was ok to get n Youtube now, like is it safe?

YouTube was not hacked. It was a bug in the comment system that let people run scripts in the comments. By default, you can't see the comments now. As long as you don't turn on the comments, you're safe.

Youtube had an issue with their html parser, if you used the <script> tag combined with the <marquee> tag you could get past their parser and post whatever code you wanted into their website.
some people used this exploit to redirect people to all kinds of shock material.

guy above me has outdated information, the underlying problem has been fixed, you can browse youtube safely now.
