Twitter has responded, but I've followed the same steps for 3 days. If anyone knows how I can hack back into it without a program... Please let me know. Please no hate. It's a very important account, so I need it back as soon as possible. Thanks.♥

This can't be done using any normal tool too. You need a hacker, or try to open another account and tweet to all those who are part of Twitter team. One of them can respond to you and you can proceed from there.
