Hi ...
Someone hacked my account twitter and starts following some bot account and tweet bad thing from my account
I Changed the password to another one but I think i'm still logged in on his device so he can still tweet and follow people
I want to know if there is anyway to signout from all the devices all over the world so They can't login because I changed my password
Please help it's important

You need to disconnect any APPS that are connected to your Twitter account.
Changing your password on your Twitter account does not remove them from the app
page. You need to go to http://twitter.com/settings/applications
and revoke access to programs that you do not know (and that cause the problem
you have described here!).
It has nothing to do with any devices.
