I have a personal account and I want to make another account as a support page for Cody Simpson. I have everything all set up I just don't know how to have two accounts using one address.

Just like on any website account can be registered under one email account. However, if you have a yahoo email account, you can create a disposable email under the same account so you can use that just like a separate account but will be accessed through your main yahoo email account.
Open up your yahoo email and click on Options > Mail Options > Disposable Email Addresses. Create a sub-account.
