I have an iPhone 4 and I am using the twitter app. With this app you can add multiple accounts. If someone adds their account to mines can they see my full account like dm's and other things. I can see theres because the account was added to my phone. So basically can they see my account from their phone whenever they are on twitter. The person who added their account to mines uses Andriod.
