I have a Twitter account with a username that I made up just for that website and NO ONE at all knows about that username.
Well, somehow my ex-boyfriend from 3 years ago is following me on Twitter and I have NO CLUE how he found my twitter account!
The only thing that would indicated that it's me is my picture
Anyone know how he could have found it?

When you sign up you have your email there, Other than that I have no idea, maybe hes friends with someone your with and found you through them?

If they google your name your twitter page comes up in one of the caches!
