I deleted my yahoo account a few weeks ago because i thought i was being hacked then a while later iforgot my twitter password (i know im so lame) n the account that i deleted was the email to my twitter account but it was deleted DO SOMETHING TO RECOVER MY DELETED ACCOUNT! idk if its possible i've searched everywhere n couldnt find it n dont tell me ITS NOT POSSIBLE

If you have deleted your account for a full 4 months your account should be available for you to use. However, all of your contact information will be completely gone.
