I really want @zaynmalik or @kevin_pigeon_ to follow me on twitter. How can i raise my chances?

It depends. Do they follow other fans? If they do then you have a chance just like everybody else.
Get there tweets sent to your phone so you know when they're online.
Don't tweet them saying "FOLLOW ME!!1!!111".
Tweet them nice things, or funny things over and over and over again. Then if they haven't replied in half an hour. Delete all the tweets so you don't look like a desperate bitch.

I would see how many people they actually follow. If it's like 248, then I don't even try that hard because I know I don't have a greater chance. But, if it's like 7,900 then I usually tweet them whenever they're on.
I actually have about 7 or 8 celebrities following me on Twitter. I just got them because I would tweet them when they were on.
Don't say "Follow me!" because I don't think they usually like those tweets.. I know I wouldn't. I usually tweet about how much I love their new song or how I'm excited for something they've done. Sometimes people tweet pictures and the celebrity will retweet it and then follow them also.
So, just wait until they're online and tweet them. Don't get obsessive over it though like some people do. EX: "OMG I LOVE YOU. FOLLOW ME? 97" Like that's the 97th time they've tweeted that.. I think that's annoying.
