I was wondering how I could get word out about my shop? I really want to be successful with it, and do great so that I can continue on. I sew childrens dresses, and I don't have the money to promote it financially. Any advice would be great!

To advertize for free would to post a few ads about it on Craigslist.

Also facebook. It's free as well as craigslist. Whatever you do, do NOT sell to anyone on craigslist. Refer them to your etsy site for the purchase. Scammers abound on craigslist, and the rule there is to sell face to face, cash only. You can also list on webstore.com for free - that's right, free - to increase sales at no cost to yourself.
