My website keywords currentaly ranking at 11th & 15th position & i want keywords in top 5. Please tell me the tips & techniques which i can use ASAP.

Write unique articles every week on those keywords and submit them in top article directories. If possible change the content of the main landing page every few months. Do directory submission. Maintain a blog.

Make sure the title and description has your keywords in it. Also, work to get links coming in with articles. When you write the articles or blog posts have your link behind the keywords you are looking to target.
If you need a big push, I can get a large number of links to come into your site at once by sending out thousands of articles.
