Your question is pretty vague, but identifying short and long term goals is a start, as is identifying your target audience and how you will reach them. Obviously, for most people, weddings only happen once in a lifetime, and people want an experience that is unforgettable. You would need to keep that in mind when creating website or print content, and brochures. Some factors to include would be the obvious, wedding shows and fairs, wedding magazines, email marketing, SEO for the website, and social media marketing. Partnering with other providers is always good too, like photographers or cake suppliers.
