I'm bored and i need people to talk to how do i get people to follow me?

Do something interesting, like make friends online, or start a blog, or make YouTube videos. People will only follow you if you have an interesting life so stop being bored and go make some friends

Simple. You have to answer these with a big YES:
1. Am I honest with my Twitter bio and profile?
2. Do I engage with my followers using replies and retweets?
3. Do I follow the rules of engagement at Twitter?
4. Am I posting something fun, witty, informative, or witty?
5. Do I respect tweeple and stop retweeting like crazy or sending out a lot of promotional links?
