I want my pictures to be better quality, add words, brighten them, add cool effects, etc. I prefer free, & maybe multiple ones, so list any you know! If there's a GREAT paid one, I'd be interested in that too. Thanks. <3

I suggest Fotor to you. It's a photo editor online and it's also available on iPhone. After editing, you can directly save your photo on your computer or put your photo to facebook, flickr or twitter. I've been using it for a period and find it really a nice handy photo editor. Its photo effects are my favorite!
I think you should try their website first, then make a decision whether you should use their app.
