I was recently offered a job to do remote graphic design and social media work for my company. I would be working about 15 hours a week. They told me to let them know how much compensation I would need. But I have no idea where to start! Suggestions?
About me: About a year experience. Bachelor's in Marketing.

Go to http://www.glassdoor.com and look for their salary charts based on degree, experience and industry.

Depending on exp and education. 30's and Up! Sky is the limit practically, if you are a self-owned business, or working for someone.
