How to do SEO for 30 locations with one website? - El Sleepador - 11-27-2012 06:27 AM

I'm pretty green to all this. I have some knowledge of how to use our CMS (Joomla) and I know some techniques but I'm trying to figure out how to do the most effective SEO for a company with one website for 30 locations. Please help with any tips!!!! Also, save your energy if you're going to be a smart ash.

Seriously a great piece of software that I use myself. It even helps find Domain names. So together with the best Keywords you also have the power to do SEO with this tool as you can find backlinks to all 30 locations with this program. I highly recommend this to anyone as a tool for constant SEO improvement.

For those 30 locations you can look for their respective top local directories..List your business or your website to their local directories..

It really depends on the type of company and the service. If its a chain of businesses that serve a local clientele there are several things you want to do. First you want to make sure that you have Google Plus (Formerly Google Places) locations with local phone numbers and addresses. Each of these pages will also need a landing page. You should have one main website and I suggest creating a locations silo with each location. An example would be:

http://www.YourDomain.com/locations/city-name-location-1
http://www.YourDomain.com/locations/city-name-location-2

Keeping all of the juice on the same domain is the best idea and setting up the location pages for each location will keep everything there. You can also register for local directories, etc., once you have all of that setup
