It was not delayed. It was a rumor set up by Trollarch on twitter with a photoshopped picture.

Go on YouTube and look up "MinnesotaBurns" he made a video explaining that he is the one who started the rumor so him an his friend can get it trending on twitter but it got out of control. It's still coming out November 13. We got trolled
